Please read our Terms & Conditions and return policy before placing an order with Garmz2Go Ltd.
You may return any non-personalised item bought within 28 days of delivery providing it is in the original packaging and suitable for resale. We will also pay the return carriage costs for exchanges or refunds where the return is our error or the material is deemed to be faulty. Returns can take up to 15 working days to be processed.
Unless incorrectly supplied or deemed to be faulty we cannot accept the return of:
Goods that have been embroidered, badged or printed.
Goods that have been assembled in line with your requirements.
Goods that have been specially procured in line with your requirements and do not form part of our standard range.
Any problem with an order should be outlined in writing within 24hours of receiving the goods. Where a written notification cannot be made please contact 01902 883547.Failure to inform Garmz2Go Ltd of a problem within 24 hours of receipt of the goods will mean the order has been checked and accepted.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
In the event of goods arriving with production or manufacturing errors Garmz2Go reserves the right to correct these prior to offering a refund, at the sole discretion of Garmz2Go Ltd.
Unless specifically agreed, all invoices are payable immediately when placing an order.
If invoice terms are agreed and the balance is not paid within the stated payment terms 5% of the outstanding amount will be charged in addition per month.
When placing an order with Garmz2Go Ltd the customer accepts sole responsibility for copyright and the reproduction of images. It is deemed that the customer placing the order is the owner or has permission to reproduce artwork files.
Garmz2Go Ltd may refuse to produce goods in design or print if the images or content is deemed to be offensive or incite hatred
